THE EFFECT OF SUPERVISION AND TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. DAILY ATTITUDE FOR MEDAN (PUBLISHING NEWSPAPER)
Abstract
Performance in an organization is carried out by all human resources in the organization, both elements of leadership and workers. There are so many factors that can affect human resources in running their performance. The theories used in this study are understanding, importance, influencing factors, benefits and objectives as well as indicators of supervision, training and performance. This research was conducted at PT. Terrain alert daily which is a company engaged in the press (newspaper) whose activities are associated with consumers and resource persons. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive nature. The population in this study 91 employees is pt. daily field alert and study sample of 74 employees. By using a random sampling technique and 30 respondents from similar fields to test validity and reliability. The results showed that supervision and training simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on performance with a determination coefficient of 28.5%.
