To reveal those cases forensic autopsy is required, however this<br>procedure is often being rejected by the public. To determine the level of public knowledge about forensic autopsy in Sihapas<br>Barumun Subdistrict, Padang Lawas Regency. This study is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach.<br>The number of samples are 97 people, the calculation was done using Slovin formula, with simple random sampling<br>technique. The data were acquired using questionnaires, and processed using SPSS. The overall level of public knowledge<br>about forensic autopsy in Sihapas Barumun sub-district, Padang lawas district, are: good 4 people (4.1%), moderate 1<br>person (1.8%), and poor 92 people ( 93.7%). It has been proven that the main cause of cervical cancer is Human<br>papillomavirus (HPV), oncogenic subtypes, especially subtypes 16, 18, 31, 33, and 45. Mortality and morbidity of women<br>with cervical cancer is very high, this situation will have a negative impact on world health in the world. including in<br>Indonesia. It is important for women to know what factors can cause cervical cancer and have knowledge about cervical<br>cancer prevention because of the large incidence of cervical cancer in Indonesia, and there are still many women who do not<br>have less knowledge. The study design was descriptive with a sample of 45 people. The sampling technique used total<br>sampling. The data will be analyzed by quantity test using SPSS software. This study shows that the largest age range is in<br>the age group 36-45 years (late adults) as many as 19 people (42.2%), more respondents with primary school education are<br>17 people (37.8%), the respondent's occupation group Most were housewives (IRT) as many as 34 people (75.6%), more<br>had knowledge of good cervical cancer risk factors as many as 31 people (68.9%), more had adequate / moderate<br>knowledge of cervical cancer prevention 25 people (55.6%). This research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional design and total sampling.<br>Forty-five mothers. 26 people (57.8%) did not use contraception and 19 people (42.2%) did not use contraception. Pregnant women with anemia will experience an increased risk<br>of morbidity and mortality. This study was to determine the factors that affects the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.<br>Analytical observational study with cross sectional design using secondary data from medical records from January to<br>December 2019. The subjects of this study were 44 pregnant women in their third trimester at the Bandar Khalipah Tembung<br>Community Health Center with total sampling. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results showed that the most<br>pregnant women with multigravida were 15 people (55,6%), low education level were 17 people (77,3%) and low economic<br>status were 14 people (63,6%). Factors related to incidence of anemia in pregnant women are educational level (p-value<br>0,001) and economic status (p-value 0,005). This research is a descriptive study with<br>aapproach cross sectional and a sampling method with a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who<br>match the inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study amounted to 32 people. The measuring instrument in this study is<br>conducting direct interviews as primary data. If not treated properly, burns can be<br>life-threatening. Longan seeds, olive oil and beeswax, which have potential to help the healing process of burns. To know the<br>effect of ointment mixture of longan seeds, olive oil and beeswax to healing burns in white male wistar rats. This research is<br>an experimental posttest-only control-group design with a total sampling of 15 rats, and divided into two groups; given<br>ointment (S) and without ointment (TS). Data will be analyzed by T-Independent and Mann-Whitney test. Average of the<br>reduction diameter (S=2.64%,TS=8.28%), percentage of healings (S=88.62%, TS=65.42%), and time of healing (S=16<br>days,TS=23 days). The analysis of the data obtained ρ=0.00. There are significant differences in the reduction in burns<br>diameter, percentage of burns healing and time of burns healing in two groups. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple<br>linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination (R2) using spss version 20 applications.<br>The result of the t variable t test of the Brand t calculated 5,509 &gt; t table of 1,986 means that the brand affects consumer<br>decisions and the location variable t calculates by 1,693 &lt; t the table of 1,986 means that location has very little influence on<br>consumer decisions. To overcome this, a learning model is<br>needed that can improve students' ability to understand the subject, the learning model in question is the talking stick<br>learning model. The purpose of this study is to find out whether talking stick-type cooperative learning models can improve<br>the ability to understand the subject matter. This research is a PTK (Class Action Research) study by giving treatment to the<br>group conducted using the talking stick learning model. The population of this study was all 40 high school students, while<br>the sample of this study was as many as 40 students. The instruments used to capture the study data are observations and<br>tests. Based on the results of the research obtained, it was concluded that the application of talking stick learning models can<br>improve students' ability to understand the subject matter, this is seen based on test results. In the pre-cycle, students who<br>completed by 45%, when compared to the criteria of the level of completion of learning are at the criteria less once. Then in<br>cycle I increases to 70%, when compared to the completion criteria then it is on the criteria enough. The sample was taken by accidental sampling<br>technique, the research instrument used a questionnaire sheet with a sample of 30 people, data processing in the form of<br>editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The results showed that based on knowledge the majority had less knowledge as many<br>as 16 respondents (53.4%), based on the age of the majority with less knowledge at the age of 20-35 years as many as 9<br>respondents (30%), based on education the majority had less knowledge in high school education as many as 13<br>respondents ( 43,4%), based on occupation the majority of respondents lack knowledge of work as IRT as many as 14<br>respondents (46.7%), based on parity the majority have less knowledge on multigravida parity as many as 8 respondents<br>(26.8%), based on information sources the majority have less knowledge than sources of non-health personnel information<br>as many as 10 respondents (33.4%). It stated that longer duration of<br>type 2 DM, the higher risk of developing diabetic neuropathy. Diabetic patients are members of PROLANIS, so this research<br>is carried out on PROLANIS patients. To determine the correlation of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) duration with diabetic<br>neuropathy incidence in PROLANIS patients in Ngemplak, Sleman. Observational analytic with cross sectional design. The<br>study required subjects with type 2 DM in PROLANIS in Ngemplak, Sleman. The study was conducted by measuring fasting<br>blood glucose levels (BSF),2hour postprandial blood glucose levels,HbA1c levels, DNS and DNE. Thirthy four subjects with<br>basic characteristics of men are more than women 55,9% and 44,1%. Both age groups are almost the same between &gt;65<br>years and 65 years respectively 52,9% and 47,1%. The results of the bivariate analysis between diabetic neuropathy and<br>the independent variables were significant in the duration with an OR value of 0,14 (CI 95% 0,02-0,99; p=0,020) and HbA1c<br>levels with an OR value of 0,25 (CI 95% 0,06-1,01; p=0,024). Multivariate analysis was significant on the type 2 DM duration<br>with an OR value of 0,08 (CI 95% 0,01-0,73; p=0,025). Contact dermatitis in health workers occurs because there are many irritants in hospitals, one of them was antiseptic<br>such as hand sanitizer or hand rub. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between the frequency of alcohol-based<br>hand rub application and the clinical presentation of contact dermatitis in health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.<br>This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design. This study was performed among 111 health workers at<br>Murni Teguh Hospital Medan from November 2020-March 2021 who were selected by the purposive sampling method.<br>Meanwhile, the data analysis used to analyze the relationship between the frequency of Alcohol-Based Hand Rub application<br>and the clinical presentation of contact dermatitis was the Fisher Exact Test. The majority of health workers at Murni Teguh<br>Hospital Medan used alcohol-based hand rub more than 10 times/ day (97.3%). Meanwhile, the clinical presentation of<br>contact dermatitis found in health workers from the most to the least was dry skin as many as 103 people (92.8%), followed<br>by thickened skin as many as 92 people (82.9%), burning sensation in 90 people (81.1 %), redness and itching in 88 people<br>(79.3%), and pain in only 84 people (75.7%). After statistical analysis of the frequency of hand rub application and clinical<br>presentations of contact dermatitis, no significant relationship was found (P value &gt; 0.05). This study aimed to describe the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy at Stella Growth<br>Development Center Medan in 2021. This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. Primary data were<br>obtained by questionnaires that had been previously validated from the results of interviews with respondents who met the<br>inclusion and exclusion criteria and secondary data from patient medical record data. Of the 13 respondents, most of them<br>were female, 10 people (76.9%) were 5 and 8 years old with a total of 3 each. people (23.1%), all of the respondents<br>experienced spastic cerebral palsy with the highest degree of gross motor function (GMFCS) experiencing grade 1,<br>amounting to 6 people (46.2%). Patients with spastic cerebral palsy experience an increase in muscle tone so that the<br>muscles experience stiffness and result in limited movement. The focus of the gross motor function classification is t o<br>emphasize the child's abilities rather than limitations. It is estimated that in 2015, about 303,000 women died during and after pregnancy and childbirth.<br>Almost all of these deaths occur and most can be prevented, with the concern of health workers and the community itself.<br>This study aims to find out the Relationship of Knowledge and Attitudes of Pregnant Women About Adherence Taking Fe<br>tablets to prevent anemia in Pregnancy at Juliana Clinic in 2020. This study is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional<br>approach, where the entire population is sampled, namely pregnant women as many as 35 people. Analyze the data using<br>the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that of the 35 respondents the majority who had good knowledge as many<br>as 16 respondents (45.71%) had a positive attitude as many as 13 respondents (37.14%, while a minority of knowledgeable<br>respondents quite 7 respondents (20%) had a positive attitude 3 respondents (8.5%). From the statistical test using the chisquare<br>test obtained a value of p = 0.10. where p&lt;005 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means there is a<br>significant relationship between knowledge and attitude of pregnant women about compliance with taking Fe tablets in<br>preventing anemia in pregnancy at Juliana Medan Clinic in 2020.
